Grease separators super serviced!
UNI EN 1825-1 regulates the design and construction of the separation of fat to be installed for the discharges from kitchens, canteens and productive activities such as slaughterhouses. E 'compulsory in Italy for some years. The 1825-2 is not mandatory but provides valuable information on dimensiomento and volumes to be considered, provided that the efficiency of the system and its nominal size (in practice the extent that it is capable of treating the plant) must be tested using the test described in detail in accordance with 1825-1. our conclusion is:
well use the sizing criteria spelled out in 1825-2, among other things written really well, but beware of over-design, with a fair dose of common sense, a little 'because the system is in Italy unthinkable recommend purging of condensing two times a month!
