What the Energy Bill? Indeed, the New Energy Bill, to be exact. They talk about it all, on television, in newspapers, on blogs. They talk about it. Write about it. Debating the issue. Often inappropriately. Often without a real understanding of the topic.
So, just what the New Energy Bill? The Energy Account is an incentive provided by the Italian Government. For the record by the Ministry of Economic Development, through the Manager of Electrical Services (GSE). The incentive is to deliver a predetermined fixed amount, and (the now famous incentive rate) that rewards energy from photovoltaics. That's why we talk about incentives and financing.
